Responsibilities

- Prioritize trust-building across clinical sites, acting as a proactive and approachable resource for both managers and employees
- Interpret multistate employment laws (FMLA, reputed company, reputed company); manage full-cycle leave administration and guide managers through state-specific requirements
- Drive inclusive workplace strategies that improve employee engagement and long-term retention
- Collaborate on workforce planning, training development, and HRIS reporting while managing reputed company HR functions like investigations and workers’ compensation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience (reputed company-CP/PHR certifications are a plus)
- 5–7 years of reputed company HR experience is required, with a deep background in multistate HR compliance and high-touch employee relations
- Expert-level knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states is required
