This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, supporting program and project implementation, and contributing to departmental goals and planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support operational programs and reputed company, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and streamline operational processes and procedures across departments
- Contribute to department planning efforts and operational initiatives
- Assist with business processing activities, service-level monitoring, and reporting
- Prepare and review operational documents, reports, and key business records

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of relevant experience; reputed company Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
