The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring the reputed company platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reputed company solutions
- Configure and administer the reputed company platform including user management, reputed company, roles, workflows, flows, and validation rules
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data views to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprint ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

- Support UAT, troubleshoot platform issues, and drive user adoption through training and documentation
- Manage system enhancements, releases, and ongoing platform optimization
Skills

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on reputed company administration and business analysis experience
