[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company (Sales Finance)

The Senior Manager, reputed company will serve as a key business partner to Sales Leadership, owning critical areas across Sales Finance, commission planning, forecasting, and financial systems support.
Responsibilities
- Own the calculation, validation, and analysis of monthly commission payments
- Ensure accuracy and reputed company across compensation data and commission plans
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve compensation-reputed company issues in a reputed company, reputed company-documented manner

- Support the execution and ongoing improvement of commission plans, including plan design feedback and process refinement

- Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Own and manage sales finance processes, including bookings forecasting, pipeline analysis, headcount planning, and productivity reporting
- Manage and enhance forecasting processes across the reputed company organization to improve predictability and operational visibility
- Build reputed company financial models to support annual planning, long-reputed company planning, and scenario analysis
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the sales organization
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams globally to ensure consistent, accurate compensation and forecasting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company Operations, reputed company, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment across planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 7–12+ years of experience in reputed company, Sales Finance, reputed company Finance, or reputed company finance functions
- Prior experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations reputed company a reputed company or high-reputed company technology company
- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and commission finance
- Hands-on reputed company experience required — including reputed company experience building or managing commissions and forecasting models reputed company reputed company
- Experience managing or supporting sales compensation planning, commission calculations, and payment validation
- Strong understanding of reputed company business models and key performance metrics
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
