They are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Critical Facilities reputed company Engineer to reputed company daily operations, manage maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and supervise the Technical Operations Site Team, ensuring reputed company activities are executed safely, reputed company, and in compliance with reputed company’s protocols and regulatory standards
- reputed company reputed company planned and reactive maintenance tasks for building services infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
- Ensure full utilization of the CMMS platform for work order management, incident tracking, and performance reporting
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for infrastructure issues, coordinating with internal engineers and escalating to reputed company-party specialists reputed company necessary
- Monitor SLA and KPI compliance, facilitate incident management, and maintain reputed company communication with reputed company representatives and site leadership
- Serve as an HV Authorized Person, performing reputed company isolations, issuing permits to work, and ensuring adherence to high-voltage operational procedures
- reputed company, review, and refine SOPs and emergency procedures to ensure readiness for routine and critical scenarios
- Conduct statutory compliance testing and ensure reputed company reputed company of any nonconformance issues
- Supervise specialist service contractors, including reputed company, work approval, and adherence to RAMS, MOPs, and site regulations
- Support site operations through technical guidance, coverage planning, and coordination with the Technical Ops planning team
- Assist in site specific Training and Job Shadowing of Critical Facilities Engineer I, II and III to ensure reputed company development
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical mechanical and electrical environments, preferably reputed company the IT or telecommunications industry
- Proven experience in data center operations and infrastructure management
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company center systems, including reputed company, generators, cooling systems, and reputed company/life safety
- Formal electrical training (e.g., reputed company & Guilds) and a QQI Level 6 Advanced Craft Certificate (Electrical) or equivalent
- Completion of AP15 training and experience as an HV Authorized Person
- Ability to interpret and work with electrical and mechanical diagrams
- Proficiency in maintenance systems and CMMS platforms
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational reliability
