[Remote] Financial Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Financial Specialist to support the financial management and operations of the Credit reputed company. The role involves maintaining accurate reputed company records, performing financial reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily banking reconciliation, ensuring reputed company balances are maintained
- Process reputed company payment of federal withholding taxes
- Follow directions
- Maintain the Credit reputed company's reputed company reputed company, both internally and externally
- reputed company records and accounts in accordance with GAAP
- reputed company accounts payable processing and pay invoices in a reputed company manner and maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist in managing key financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- reputed company daily general reputed company balancing and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls, identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Record and post journal entries for daily transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Process daily banking transactions, including ACH, reputed company transfers, remote deposits, and others as assigned
- Reconcile transactions and prepare reports
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records in a reputed company manner
- Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports to support audit and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial documentation in accordance with GAAP, policies, and compliance standards
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including accruals, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit reputed company personnel and management
- Completes special reputed company as assigned
- Performs reputed company duties as needed

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of similar or reputed company reputed company or bookkeeping experience
- Experience in and knowledge of general ledgers and generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of basic reputed company concepts and procedures including account reconciliation
- Knowledge of reputed company computer applications
- Proficiency in reputed company Office software
