Responsibilities
- Implements, modifies, tests and administers reputed company business systems and applications
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues (both user reported and vendor reported)
- Helps manage service incidents and requests
- Serves as a subject matter expert for reputed company technical configuration and integrations
- Conducts analysis of business and users needs to reputed company appropriate systems solutions
