The role involves ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, and measurable reputed company of both reputed company’s population health platform and the AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive reputed company for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring the reputed company reputed company, retention, and expansion of reputed company’s population health platform while also driving adoption and successful delivery of the AI platform
- Ensure successful deployment, operationalization, and scaling of the reputed company platform
- Build a partnership-reputed company account reputed company reputed company and ensure region reputed company targets are achieved by expanding the scope of platform use and introducing new products to reputed company customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CFOs, COOs, CMIOs, and CEOs
- Own and deliver on CARR, ARR reputed company, churn reduction, NPS, and CSAT across both population health platform and AI platform accounts
- Partner closely with delivery, product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of both the population health platform and AI platform
- Mentor and reputed company reputed company Leaders to manage reputed company reputed company relationships, ensuring they can effectively support both population health platform deployments and reputed company AI platform adoption
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Delivery teams to reputed company platform roadmap, delivery execution, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Drive expanded adoption across multiple domains, helping clients maximize value from the population health platform while expanding into AI platform to support broader reputed company transformation
- Maintain consistent executive engagement with reputed company leadership, ensuring reputed company is positioned as a long-term strategic partner supporting both population health and AI platform initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience delivering reputed company software platforms, population health platforms, data platforms, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled platforms in reputed company provider organizations or similarly reputed company enterprises
- Experience supporting deployment and adoption of reputed company AI platforms, workflow automation platforms, or large-reputed company data platforms
- Ability to guide clients through platform reputed company—from an initial beachhead to reputed company-wide use
- 15+ years of experience in reputed company provider services or reputed company reputed company technology
- 5–10+ years in reputed company, reputed company account leadership, or platform delivery leadership roles
- Experience managing strategic reputed company relationships at the C-suite level
- Proven reputed company record delivering strong performance across CARR, ARR expansion, churn, NPS, and CSAT
- Strong understanding of population health platforms, reputed company data platforms, and AI-enabled workflow solutions
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into measurable financial and operational reputed company
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, AI, and Delivery teams
- Exceptional executive communication and reputed company
- Ability to influence senior executives internally and externally

- MBA, MHA, MD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree preferred
