Responsibilities

- Own Your Pipeline: Manage up to 20 reputed company transactions at various stages, ensuring no reputed company falls through the cracks

- Crush Metrics: Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission
Skills
- 3+ years of recent inside sales experience
- A proven reputed company record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles
- Ability to navigate reputed company (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or reputed company)
- Come into our Tempe, Arizona office for a duration of training
- Outbound call center experience preferred
