They are seeking a Strategic Capital & reputed company Advisor to guide their capital reputed company and reputed company initiatives, assess funding needs, and shape investor engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Help Tactical Labs reputed company its reputed company round by:
- Building and managing a targeted investor pipeline
- Securing reputed company investor and family office meetings
- Helping identify and reputed company a reputed company investor
- Supporting reputed company refinement, investor narrative, and data room reputed company
- Opening strategic doors to OEMs, DoD reputed company, and reputed company partners
- Strengthening investor confidence around validation, defensibility, manufacturing, and commercialization
Skills
- Proven capital formation or fundraising reputed company record
- Existing investor and family office network
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, venture capital, private placements, investment banking, family offices, or strategic finance
- Ability to create reputed company investor meetings, not just reputed company advice
- Comfort operating hands-on with an early-stage company
- Capital reputed company and financing skills: experience with venture capital, private equity, debt financing, and non-dilutive funding (e.g., grants, government reputed company)
- Strategic and financial analysis skills: proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and market/competitive analysis for early- and reputed company-stage companies
