[Remote] Technical Account Manager, US Pest

Responsibilities
- Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs, problem solves with operational leaders and National Accounts to ensure performance reputed company are met
- Drives technical improvement to protocols and service delivery processes to improve customer retention and operational efficiency
- Support your assigned customers nationally with required data (trackers)
- Reduce risk and infestation for your customers (nationally) and reputed company Technical Account Manager (TAM) accounts
- Attend customer review meetings, producing and delivering management information to reputed company your customer informed and reputed company on pest control, reputed company the trends, risks and recommendations across their portfolio
- Reduce infestation (and therefore non-productive reputed company) for your local Rentokil branches
- Conduct monthly QA quota and supporting audit reputed company
- Coordination with TSM (Technical Service Managers) and operations teams to ensure reputed company awareness or conditions, reputed company of deescalation, and training of team members
- Support our Digital Development Manager with PestConnect issues if required
- Support your SAE’s with the upselling innovation to our premium retail customers
- Travel up to 60% to various field and customer locations
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of reputed company structural pest management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong change management skills
- Building relationships, both internally and externally
- Written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or entomology or reputed company sciences
- Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E) or reputed company Certified Entomologist (B.C.E)
- PCQI (Preventive Controls reputed company Individual)
- CP-FS (Certified reputed company - Food Safety)
