[Remote] Franchise Development Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage and publish reputed company media content for Franchise Development, the President, and the Franchise Recruiter
- reputed company monthly content calendars and write engaging reputed company media posts
- Write SEO-reputed company blog articles and email marketing campaigns
- Design graphics and marketing materials using reputed company or similar platforms
- Edit short-reputed company videos for reputed company media
- Update brochures, presentations, forms, and marketing collateral
- Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications
- Write franchisee stories, reputed company spotlights, and internal articles
- Research and compile economic updates and industry insights
- Support broker and candidate email campaigns
- Maintain broker relationships and territory records
- Monitor territory requests and broker inquiries
- Manage CRM data, reputed company tracking, reports, and marketing lists
- Update Franchise Development portals and online reputed company
- Create reputed company brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and sales collateral
- reputed company franchisee testimonials and case studies
- Research competitor franchise brands, marketing strategies, and industry trends
- Coordinate Discovery Days from planning through execution
- Manage schedules, communications, materials, and logistics
- Assist with VetFran, broker events, conferences, and vendor meetings
- Support leadership with research, reporting, presentations, and strategic reputed company
- Research contractor licensing requirements across the country
- Recommend process improvements and help build reputed company systems

Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, franchise development, or a reputed company field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Experience with reputed company (reputed company Creative Suite is a plus)
- Familiarity with reputed company media management and email marketing platforms
- Experience using CRM systems such as reputed company, Zoho, reputed company, or similar
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
