The role involves managing the applicant tracking system, facilitating candidate recruitment, and collaborating with recruiters to identify and reputed company potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to Recruiter
- Sources, reviews resume, interviews, candidate selection, applicant tracking system, extends offers, and passes to reputed company
- Extracts, analyzes, and presents information to support eHS hiring managers in their decision-making. Post reputed company positions reputed company the ATS and post to external sources
- Enters new hires into system and reputed company for portal activation
- Updates ATS with activation status for new hires
- May require other tasks as assigned
- Possible travel required
Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of reputed company/Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company processes including employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, use of sourcing technologies (i.e. reputed company, reputed company, ATS, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company stakeholders including senior leadership
- Strong ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
