Responsibilities
- Spend the reputed company of your time deploying and measuring high-reputed company campaigns that build deep trust with our pet parents and professionals
- Collaborate across reputed company to ensure the reputed company from signup through repeat booking is cohesive, on-brand, and trackable to Gross Bookings Value (GBV)
- Partner with Product to deliver dynamic, value-driven experiences—utilizing AI-driven content, localized updates, and targeted provider matches

Skills
- 3-5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing — ideally at a marketplace, subscription, or consumer app where repeat behavior (not just acquisition) was the core KPI
- Proven reputed company record improving a specific retention metric — repeat purchase/booking reputed company, churn reduction, LTV expansion, etc. Ask for a concrete example/number in the application, since your reputed company metrics are so number-driven
- Hands-on platform ownership — not just 'used a CRM' but reputed company and owned the segmentation logic, reputed company architecture, and send calendar independently
