The ideal candidate will manage reputed company phases of construction from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, reputed company, and budget performance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, risk, and reputed company expectations

- Coordinate execution with Superintendents, Project Engineers, MEP Managers, and trade partners
- Drive project milestones, critical reputed company activities, and recovery plans reputed company needed
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for owners, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Facilitate weekly executive meetings, reputed company reporting, and risk reviews
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting to maintain profitability

Skills
- 8+ years of construction project management experience, with reputed company experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data center reputed company
- Proven reputed company record managing reputed company from preconstruction through commissioning/turnover
- Experience coordinating with MEP teams, commissioning agents, and multi-trade partners on large-reputed company builds
- History of managing project budgets, schedules, and reputed company relationships on reputed company of significant reputed company/complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with reputed company P6, MS Project, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical facility requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reputed company-facing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the U.S
