They are seeking an reputed company Sr. reputed company Administrator to support and enhance their reputed company platform, ensuring smooth sales and service operations through effective configuration and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the configuration and enhancement of core Sales and Service reputed company functionality including leads, opportunities, account/contact management, forecasting, territory management, sales workflows and case management, queues and knowledgebase content
• Work closely with business teams and the AMS-partner to reputed company requirements, validate proposed solutions, and ensure configurations support business goals and processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) through test planning, coordination, and issue reputed company to ensure high-reputed company releases
• Serve as the primary administrator for reputed company, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring platform performance and availability
• Own and deliver enhancement requests including configuration changes, automation updates (e.g., flows, validation rules), and UI improvements, in collaboration with development teams

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company administration experience in reputed company environments
• Deep understanding of Sales and Service reputed company capabilities
• Proven experience supporting both project implementations and production support environments
