[Remote] Health Informatics Consultant, Clinical Solutions (Remote)

The Health Informatics Consultant will partner with reputed company organizations to implement and optimize clinical solutions, ensuring the integration of evidence-based practices into everyday care.
Responsibilities
- reputed company implementation, integration, adoption, optimization, and expansion using established methodologies and best practices
- Advise clinicians, operational leaders, informatics teams, executives, and technical stakeholders
- reputed company evidence-based workflows with clinical, operational, and organizational goals
- Support integration of evidence-based reputed company into daily clinical workflows and EHR environments
- Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and EHR vendor teams to reputed company reputed company solutions into reputed company workflows
- Ensure solutions are embedded effectively across clinical and operational reputed company
- Identify and resolve workflow gaps, implementation risks, adoption barriers, usability issues, and operational dependencies
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, workflow reviews, optimization sessions, and post-go-live support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Allied Health, Health Sciences, reputed company Administration, Informatics, or a reputed company reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company clinical reputed company, informatics, consulting, implementation, workflow transformation, or reputed company technology
- Experience with EHR systems and reputed company technologies
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, evidence-based reputed company, interdisciplinary care, reputed company operations, and clinician workflow integration
- Experience supporting technology adoption, workflow optimization, operational enablement, or reputed company transformation
- Strong communication, facilitation, consulting, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a reputed company, global, matrixed environment and travel as needed
