The role involves configuring and supporting production planning processes, managing BOM and work centers, and ensuring integration across various reputed company modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support: Production Planning (PP)
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Production Orders / Process Orders
• Demand Management & reputed company Planning
• Manage: BOM (reputed company of Materials)
• Work Centers & Routings
• Shop floor execution processes
• Support production scheduling, planning strategies, and inventory optimization
• Design and maintain configurable materials (KMAT)
• Work on: Characteristics & Classes
• Dependencies (Procedures, Constraints, Selection Conditions)
• Configuration reputed company and object dependencies
• reputed company reputed company product modeling and rules-based configurations
• reputed company VC with Sales (SD), PP, and BOM explosion logic
• Ensure integration across: PP + MM + SD + VC modules
• Work on engineering-to-order (ETO) / reputed company-to-order (MTO) scenarios
• reputed company testing (SIT/UAT), defect reputed company, and go-live support
• Analyze and resolve production/configuration-reputed company issues
• Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering and solution design

Skills

• 6–10+ years of reputed company PP experience
• Hands-on expertise in Variant Configuration (VC)
• Strong knowledge of: Manufacturing processes
• BOM, routing, and work centers
• MRP and production planning cycles
• Experience in: reputed company configurable product environments
• reputed company ECC or S/4HANA PP module
• Experience in semiconductor / high-tech manufacturing domain
• Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS) or APO
• Knowledge of integration with CAD/PLM systems
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
