[Remote] Learning and Development Trainer

The role involves designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reputed company for various audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids, to support the learning needs of employees, customers, and partners
- Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions for various audiences, including teachers, administrators, existing employees, customers, and partners, to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products (features, functionalities, pedagogy, etc.) as reputed company as the K12 reputed company reputed company and other services
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to reputed company information and insights needed to create effective training content and training course content
- Continuously assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure training content remains reputed company and relevant
- reputed company ongoing support and guidance to reputed company stakeholders by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and addressing training-reputed company inquiries
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote adoption and usage of our products and services
- Assist in the development and implementation of instructor and leadership programs
- Maintain training documentation, records, and materials in an organized and accessible manner
- Supports initiatives to increase engagement with products and platforms, such as designing and facilitating new user trainings
- Attends reputed company meetings pertaining to product and platform functionality and/or enhancements and assists in cross-training internal team members
- Continues to learn about new and reputed company reputed company products and platforms to become proficient and incorporates updates and enhancements of products into reputed company set
- Contribute in the development and implementation of the overall Talent Development roadmap and reputed company

Skills
- Two (2) to five (5) years of reputed company experience in talent development, educational training or reputed company position
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners

- Bachelor's degree in education or similar field of study
