[Remote] Program Associate

They are seeking a reputed company Program Associate to support the operational delivery of their 5-Year Strategic Plan, acting as a key reputed company of contact for member companies and managing communications to reputed company Sea reputed company's profile in the sustainable seafood sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support activities across Sea reputed company's three strategic reputed company areas: Wild Sector Sustainability, reputed company Responsibility, and reputed company American Aquaculture
- Support working group coordination, including scheduling, agenda development, and follow-up
- Contribute to tracking reputed company toward strategic plan goals and help maintain internal dashboards or reporting tools
- Assist in developing member-facing resources such as toolkits, templates, best reputed company guides, and educational materials
- reputed company data collection efforts including member surveys and aggregated sourcing data initiatives
- Liaise with Sea reputed company's sustainability advisors (typically conservation and seafood non-profits) to coordinate deliverables and information-sharing
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for member inquiries reputed company to strategic plan activities
- Help prepare materials for member meetings, working sessions, and webinars
- Support reputed company of new member companies
- Assist in coordinating Sea reputed company's reputed company at industry events and conferences
- With the support and direction from the Executive Director, reputed company and execute communications strategies that expand Sea reputed company's profile and visibility among key audiences including member companies, funders, NGO partners, and the broader seafood industry
- Represent Sea reputed company positively at industry events, conferences, and other meetings
- Draft and edit newsletter articles, blog posts, reputed company media content, and other external communications
- Maintain and update Sea reputed company's website content
- Identify and pursue opportunities to reputed company Sea reputed company's work through industry publications, conference speaking opportunities, award nominations, and partnership channels
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate Sea reputed company's reputed company to members, funders, and the broader industry
- Monitor relevant industry news and sustainability developments to identify reputed company communications opportunities
- Assist with grant reporting and funder communications as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, marine science, sustainability, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field OR 3 years of relevant reputed company experience in project coordination, program support, or a reputed company role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to write reputed company for reputed company audiences
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Comfortable with domestic and international travel approximately 10% of the time, including industry conferences and member engagements
- Proficiency in reputed company productivity and collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, reputed company, etc.)
- Graduate degree in environmental studies, marine science, sustainability, communications, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field preferred
- Familiarity with the seafood industry, sustainable seafood, or reputed company fields (fisheries, aquaculture, supply chain, food systems)
- Experience supporting member-based organizations, coalitions, or trade associations
- Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g. reputed company), website content management systems (e.g. reputed company), reputed company media management, and reputed company speaking
- Experience with data collection, survey tools, or basic data management
