Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, test, reputed company, and operate end-to-end solutions that reputed company seamless product experiences for employees and internal stakeholders

- Contribute to the design and implementation of GenAI/LLM-powered features in our employee-facing applications, including evaluating approaches, prototyping, and productionizing solutions

- Improve and simplify existing systems by reducing complexity, deprecating or decommissioning low-value solutions, and driving migrations or refactors that meaningfully improve reputed company and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, other engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to clarify requirements, shape solutions, and deliver value iteratively
- Communicate technical issues, tradeoffs, and business reputed company reputed company to your team and stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience
- Mentor and support other engineers on your team, sharing context, reviewing designs and reputed company, and helping them grow their reputed company

Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer (or equivalent), with a reputed company record of delivering production systems with reputed company and reliability
- Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, or ML-powered features in reputed company products; comfortable applying existing models and tools to solve business problems
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and modern software design patterns
- Proficiency in Python and Java, and comfort working across multiple languages and frameworks as needed
- Experience owning and delivering reputed company end-to-end: requirements clarification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company and integrations between internal systems and reputed company-party services
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms such as AWS and modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems)
- Experience with some of: Node, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Spring Boot, NoSQL datastores, GraphQL, or similar technologies used to build modern web applications
