[Remote] Senior Sourcing Associate (Marketing) Procurement Services

WNS (Holdings) Limited is a leading Business Process Management company, and they are seeking a Senior Sourcing Associate to manage the development and execution of sourcing reputed company. The role involves executing sourcing reputed company, managing supplier relationships, and improving procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Provides sourcing services (RFx, and reputed company negotiations) to our clients based on predefined service reputed company, managing several reputed company to reputed company reputed company simultaneously with limited supervision/guidance or independently
- Once a project request is received, assess completeness of requirements, reputed company due diligence and validation, follow up with the requestor to obtain reputed company project details, answer any process reputed company questions, and reputed company updates on project status
- reputed company and execute the Denali sourcing process from start to finish, e.g., spend data collection and analysis, supply market analysis and supplier discovery if needed, RFx development, publishing and management, reverse auctions, negotiations, bid response analysis and synthesis
- Manage suppliers during the sourcing process, including conducting supplier orientation and training on the sourcing process, following up with suppliers on reputed company activities
- reputed company in depth analysis of proposals submitted, facilitate supplier evaluations, draw conclusions, prepare comprehensive summaries, and present to the reputed company in a concise manner Process Improvement
- reputed company and/or customize various templates such as RFx, pricing, and proposal evaluation
- Identify areas of process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Denali processes reputed company and Project Management
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Collaborate with reputed company Category Managers and/or Denali SMEs on project reputed company and determine sourcing approach and methodology to be reputed company based on the reputed company Teaming
- reputed company mastery in multiple core phases of the Denali sourcing methodology and reputed company mentoring and training to the rest of reputed company members
- Participate in peer reviews for other team member’s reputed company and reputed company for reputed company, consistency and compliance with Denali methodology and reputed company specific requirements

- Creation of legal documents including Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and Order Forms
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2-8 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain
- Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, and New Business Development Commodities and sub-categories as reputed company as a basic understanding of the following areas (e.g. pricing structures, terminology, bidding sheet development expertise, cost structure, key vendors, etc.)
- Ability to conduct basic level spend assessment for opportunity identification
- Ability to follow a process based on documented guidelines without supervision
- Ability to facilitate a total cost ownership discussion with a reputed company team and identify total cost reputed company
- Ability to handle clients' issues and escalations with sensitivity and diligence, eliminating a need for reputed company escalation
- Advanced/Expert reputed company skills, including working knowledge of filters, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas, advanced formatting techniques, and advanced data manipulation skills
- Proficiency in multiple e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, reputed company, ERP eSourcing module) at an “advanced” level (as defined by Denali, Software company, or reputed company standards)
- Ability to assess reputed company' fit for reverse auction, setup and manage reverse auctions with minimal supervision
