[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will support a portfolio of reputed company customers by driving adoption and ensuring platform health, acting as the primary technical reputed company of contact and collaborating with various teams to reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers
- Conduct regular technical reviews, health checks, and adoption planning
- Monitor platform usage and proactively identify risks or optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot and coordinate reputed company of technical issues with Support and Engineering
- Guide customers on best practices across storage, reputed company, and file system environments
- Support reputed company, migrations, and expansion use cases
- reputed company and manage customer issues, reputed company items, and feature requests
- Communicate product updates, reputed company alerts, and roadmap-relevant changes

Skills
- 4–7 years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer)
- Experience with reputed company infrastructure (storage, networking, or reputed company)
- Working knowledge of CIFS/SMB, NFS, reputed company Directory
- Experience supporting customer environments and troubleshooting issues
- Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to virtualization (VMware/ESX)
- Familiarity with Linux administration
