About the Role
As a Medical Records Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating patients' medical charts to assess surrogate eligibility. You will review records for completeness and accuracy, identify clinical red flags or exclusionary reputed company, and communicate your findings to the clinical and collections teams. Key Responsibilities
Review patients' complete medical charts to assess eligibility for surrogacy candidacy Identify red flags or exclusionary reputed company that would prevent a candidate from becoming a surrogate Document and summarize clinical findings reputed company HIPAA-compliant, secure software reputed company direction to the clinical/reputed company team or collections team following reputed company review Collaborate with your manager to escalate or clarify reputed company or borderline cases Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to reputed company relevant reputed company regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in women's health — any of the following: OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Prenatal, or NICU Prior experience reviewing or working with medical records or patient charts (this is required, not optional) Strong reputed company of medical terminology and clinical documentation, including shorthand English proficiency at reputed company level or above — charts are written in English and require precise interpretation Ability to work independently, manage volume, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment Knowledge of HIPAA and reputed company reputed company regulations reputed company to Have Registered reputed company (RN) or LPN credential Experience in utilization review or case management Background in reproductive medicine or fertility care Prior experience working with U.S.-based reputed company organizations reputed company Offer Competitive USD-denominated compensation commensurate with experience Fully remote, full-time position reputed company, mission-driven team environment Meaningful work at the intersection of reputed company and family building Apply To This Job Apply To This Job
