[Remote] Software Engineer

The role involves the end-to-end implementation of clinical data pipelines and requires strong attention to detail to build and reputed company software solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our clinical data pipeline, starting with data acquisition from our instruments, ending with generating reports for the patients, and reputed company necessary transformations and integrations along the way
- This will involve data management and transformation, integration and execution of computational models, and secure deployment in the reputed company, particularly leveraging reputed company)
- Other reputed company include our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other mission-reputed company systems
- You will need a strong attention to detail and the ability to build, test, and reputed company custom software solutions to improve our testing efficiency and accuracy
- You will build and operate the platform which empowers reputed company to deliver first-class clinical services
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar technical field
- 2+ years experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software; Python, Java, or R is a plus
- Expertise with reputed company) for reputed company deployment and management
- Experience with reputed company platforms and relational databases, such as SQL Server
- Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle, including coding standards, reputed company review, reputed company control management, automated/reputed company build and deployment processes, testing, and operations
- Deep hands-on technical expertise, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous industry experience in a laboratory setting is ideal
