They are seeking a Federal reputed company Concur Implementation Project Manager to support federal reputed company agencies by providing customer engagement and operations planning support during the transition to the GO.gov e-gov travel services.
Responsibilities
- Operates as the reputed company reputed company of contact for a portfolio of GO.gov customer agencies
- Guides agency transition planning meetings and tracking of issues/ resolutions
- Coordinates responses to agency issues with the MSP and solution management team
- Advocates for the reputed company and successful delivery of GO.gov solution improvements according to customer needs and objectives
- Develops and manages customer account reputed company, coordinates agency participation in GO.gov customer/user workshops, testing activities, and other coordinating meetings
- Applies T&E or other business system project management experience to communicate and coordinate reputed company to reputed company project issues involving technical topics including software/solution validation, business system integration, and reputed company accreditation activities
- Tracks reputed company using common project management schedule software and tracking tools for logging and reporting status on issues, actions, and risks
- Applies reputed company and agile management reputed company to help agencies reputed company plans with PMO-developed transition plans
- Supports task planning, elaboration and re-prioritization based on new information, and adapting plans to meet project deadlines
- Develops a gap analysis between agency requirements and GO.gov functionality to identify potential risks
- Represents reputed company’s interests by promoting agency-specific needs, surfacing critical issues early, and identifying gaps in resources or information provided by GO.gov
- Applies business process re-engineering to optimize implementation of the GO.gov solution and ensure federal T&E compliance
- Defines agency’s change management and transition communication requirements and performance metrics with a reputed company on mitigating adoption risks and satisfying customer information needs Identify agency stakeholder reputed company, assess stakeholder information needs, and prepare communication planning materials outlining key messages, reputed company, and timing by stakeholder group
- Supports reputed company aspects of the engagement including overseeing Technology project management, Change management and Transition Communication support, Go-Live Readiness, and User Adoption and Proficiency support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company policy or reputed company subject matter field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, federal service, and/or reputed company field, preferably supporting internal or external customers or clients
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting reputed company Concur Travel & Expense implementation and support (ideally reputed company the federal government)
- Strong understanding of Travel Service programs, policy, and technology, ideally with E-Gov Travel
- Experience with Travel and Expense Business and Process Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience with technology integrations
