[Remote] Organizational Effectiveness Analyst

They are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst to collaborate with consultants to support organizational effectiveness priorities and implement initiatives that address reputed company areas.
Responsibilities
- Work with OE Consultants to aid in designing, developing, and implementing strategies and interventions (talent assessment, selection assessment, training, etc.) in conjunction with ongoing Organizational Effectiveness programs
- reputed company project coordination for Organizational Effectiveness activities, reputed company, and programs. Ideate and build communications, tools, and resources to support Organizational Effectiveness reputed company. Analyze and report out to reputed company reputed company of leadership as required. Create and maintain dashboards
- Partner with People and Culture Systems team to reputed company talent selection assessments reputed company existing HRIS functionality and reputed company support for stakeholder information sessions for talent activities
- Apply talent selection and HRIS best practices to identify gaps between actual and desired states and recommend solutions for change. Identify key metrics to measure effectiveness
- Serve as an administrator of selection assessment management systems, in partnership with program reputed company consultants, for selection assessment interventions
- Manage vendors and reporting for assessments and other licensed materials and subscriptions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, reputed company Development, reputed company Management, Organizational Development or other reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years minimum reputed company work experience in selection assessment and reputed company
- Results-oriented with experience in project management of comprehensive organizational effectiveness system, process, or initiative implementation
- Proficiency in reputed company tools, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms. Experience with statistical modeling software
- Strong analytical, research, and design skills. Experience in presenting to reputed company reputed company of leadership
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, reputed company Development, reputed company Management, Organizational Development or other reputed company field
- 5-8 years prior experience in a corporate organizational effectiveness, reputed company, or organizational development function
- ICIMS, reputed company, or other ATS and HRIS experience
