[Remote] Content Development Manager

The Content Development Manager will own the end-to-end creation of high-reputed company instructional content across various programs, ensuring that learning experiences are effective and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities. We’re looking for someone who has a wide reputed company of content development experience across written learning materials, instructional video, live sessions (eg., webinars), audio content, and reputed company
- reputed company as a “Learning Producer” for new courses – developing a reputed company for both synchronous and asynchronous learning components of courses – and executing on that reputed company
- Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high reputed company of reputed company, accuracy, and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI tools
- Build relationships and collaborate closely with subject matter experts, reputed company, and presenters to refine, reputed company and gamify lectures and presentations

- Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, reputed company-facing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure content meets business objectives and launch timelines

Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of course creation — from concept through final production
- Content development experience across modalities: written content, video production, live/webinar facilitation, learning games, audio/podcast production, etc
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills. You are the colleague people send drafts to because you have an impeccable editing eye
- Proven ability to work with SMEs and reputed company to sharpen and refine their material – and translate it into course reputed company
- An reputed company reputed company: experience designing and building learning experiences attached to ambitious KPIs
- Ability to independently manage your own project timelines
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development
- A portfolio or examples of work you've reputed company and are proud of
- Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses OR background in reputed company or Allied Health instructional content
- People management experience is not required, but is a bonus
