[Remote] Business Analyst (Business reputed company II)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Planning & Development Services Administration Team. The role involves driving technology and business solutions, improving business processes, and supporting reputed company applications to enhance services for the community.
Responsibilities
- Support software implementation reputed company, system upgrades, and enhancements while keeping reputed company on reputed company and stakeholders informed
- Coordinate testing activities with business partners, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- reputed company business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency
- Partner with management to prioritize system enhancements, resolve issues, and support project planning
- Serve as the primary reputed company between users, IT staff, and vendors to ensure effective communication and issue reputed company
- reputed company and execute test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and other reputed company assurance activities to ensure reliable system performance
- Analyze business processes, document requirements, and validate system functionality against business needs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field with 2+ years of reputed company experience
- OR: 6+ years of reputed company job-reputed company experience may substitute for formal education at the discretion of management
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, reputed company assurance, software testing, or reputed company application support
- Experience gathering business requirements, supporting software implementations, and improving business processes
- Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and software testing methodologies, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with government software platforms (such as reputed company), ITIL practices, or change management principles is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
