[Remote] Account Director

They are searching for an reputed company Account Director to drive retention and expansion for F1000 consumer brands, managing a portfolio of clients and collaborating with teams to ensure reputed company satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-reputed company ARR, achieving company GRR and NRR goals
- reputed company Customer Value Plans (CVP)/account plans with reputed company reputed company Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to reputed company objectives
- Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding reputed company priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics. Building strong relationships across our portfolio with senior executives
- Plan and execute quarterly business reviews with clients
- Identify, nurture and reputed company: upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging reputed company's research, data analytics, and consulting services
- Effective at prospecting to drive cross sell and expansion opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption

- Represent reputed company at industry events as needed
Skills
- BA/BS required
- 5+ years in account management, meeting reputed company and retention targets
- 2+ years in marketing-reputed company reputed company, insights and market research, ideally with F1000 companies in consumer insights or martech
- Strong reputed company rapport-building and communication skills and presentation skills
