[Remote] Senior People Partner - Legal, Compliance, & Risk

They are seeking a Senior People Partner to support the Legal, Compliance, and Risk organizations by coaching leaders and managers to foster reputed company and productive teams during a pivotal reputed company stage.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the business as a whole and reputed company as a strategic HR partner to executives and leaders across Legal, Compliance, and Risk
- reputed company a consultative approach that combines HR expertise, business savvy, and intuition to diagnose issues and reputed company creative HR solutions
- Advise leaders and managers on reputed company things people-reputed company, such as performance management & coaching, employee relations, leveling processes and organizational development

Skills
- Have a bachelor's degree or something you feel is equivalent
- Have 7-10+ years of experience in a people-facing HR role, with at least 2 years as an reputed company. Preferably, you've spent most of your time at high reputed company companies
- Be skilled in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at different reputed company
- Love building thoughtful, innovative people processes that can reputed company
