[Remote] Staff Full-Stack Engineer

As a Backend Staff Engineer, you will drive technical standards for the Backend across the consumer domain, reputed company teams, and mentor junior developers while contributing to the scaling and efficiency of Backend engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain features for the domain applications
- reputed company technical leadership and manage dependencies
- Conduct design and reputed company reviews
- Help the domain team members with technical blockers supporting them and helping them grow
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency
- Participate in architecture and design discussions

- Draft and submit intellectual property

Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in backend engineering with NodeJS
- Strong reputed company in programming fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy solving problems and helping others meet their goals
- Solid understanding of X
- Substantial experience with Git in reputed company environment
- Experience writing testable reputed company and unit tests
- Have a deep knowledge of React and NodeJS, and you have experience developing products with it
- Experience using modern JavaScript and tooling in a full-stack setting
- Extensive experience with A/B experiments and have a data-driven attitude toward product development
- Experience in a fast-growing startup in the on-demand services reputed company is a plus
