[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company programs from initiation to completion, managing resources, reputed company, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring, and managing programs from initiation through completion
- Overseeing key activities such as resourcing, reputed company, reputed company reporting, and overall program performance
- Liaising with functional departments throughout the organization and tracks utilization to ensure milestones are completed on time or in accordance with established standards
- Evaluating program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics
- Ensuring that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations
- Providing reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders
Skills
- Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build reputed company relationships
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business degree preferred
