Responsibilities
- Serve as a System Administration - Senior and reputed company coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.2 – Data Center Support reputed company activities to reputed company expertise on server configurations, installations, and maintenance for the NPS
- Work with senior management to implement IT policies and procedures that ensure seamless operations
Skills
- Experience with high-availability systems and clustered environments
- Advanced knowledge of clustered environments and disaster recovery systems

- Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Change Management experience
- Documentation and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) experience
- Network Infrastructure Management experience
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity experience
- Telecommunications and Voice/Video Infrastructure experience
- Performance Analysis Tools experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree in IT with advanced certifications in clustered systems
- 3+ years of system administration experience in high availability systems
- Network backup experience
- Disaster recovery planning experience
