[Remote] Senior QA Analyst

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will ensure the reputed company and reliability of digital platforms, design and execute test strategies, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a comprehensive QA reputed company by executing reputed company, automated, and AI-assisted testing
- Apply and improve QA processes, standards, and metrics to ensure consistent reputed company across assigned reputed company
- Mentor junior QA team members by sharing best practices, but without formal management responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for backend services, frontend applications, and reputed company
- Utilize modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) and reputed company them into CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency
- Evaluate and experiment with AI-driven testing tools to enhance regression coverage, defect detection, and test optimization
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to reputed company QA throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support coordination with vendor QA teams, helping ensure alignment with internal testing standards

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in software reputed company assurance, with strong hands-on involvement in automation and testing strategies
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks in reputed company-reputed company environments
- Strong experience testing both backend services (reputed company, microservices) and frontend applications
- Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS preferred) and API-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance testing tools
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and contributing to the reputed company of QA best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance reputed company with delivery timelines
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools is a plus, with interest in adopting modern QA practices
- Bonus: AWS reputed company Practitioner certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in the EdTech industry or building QA for consumer-facing platforms
- Familiarity with modern test management tools and AI-based QA platforms
