Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in providing reputed company products and services to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming orders and answer customer service inquiries reputed company phone, web and email
- Process a reputed company of order types such as backorders, returns, wholesale/bulk, drop-ship, etc
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Cross-sell and up-sell customers by recommending products that are complimentary to what they are already purchasing
