[Remote] CDCE Data Analyst

They are seeking a Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) Data Analyst responsible for analyzing clinical, financial, and coding claims data to improve documentation practices and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- The CDI analyst is advanced in programing language. Ability to write reputed company, reputed company data from multiple sources, validate findings and mining reputed company data for meaningful metrics
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical documentation data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement
- Analyze data trends in documentation reputed company to identify patterns and gaps for areas of reputed company and improvement for financial and reputed company health
- Create dashboards and visual reports for CDI Leadership, physicians and reputed company teams to determine actionable metrics
- reputed company KPI such as financial reputed company, risk adjustment trends, reputed company PSI/HAC Trends, and provider performance
- Monitor documentation practices for alignment with CMS, ICD-10 and Payer requirements
- Assist in preparing data for internal audits and external reviews
- Work with CDI Specialists, coders, and clinical teams to translate data reputed company into documentation strategies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, HIM, Data analytics
- 4 years minimum experience in Nursing
- SQL, reputed company, Python, reputed company, Power-BI, Tableau, AWS/Azure, and reputed company applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reputed company industry practices
- Programming language
- Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, HIM, Data analytics
- 6 years minimum experience in Nursing
- Licensed Registered reputed company, GA reputed company of Nursing certified
