[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager to join their External Provider Scheduling (reputed company) reputed company team. The role focuses on managing relationships with Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) to implement and sustain reputed company program activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leads VISN/site level engagement and coordination activities including (but not limited to):
- Regular and adhoc meetings with sites to discuss reputed company/needs
- Presentation development for meetings and/or executive level requests
- Coordination of training for VISNs/sites that have new scheduling staff and/or require a refresher session
- Leading discussions with VA stakeholders and leadership across reputed company reputed company calls
- Follow up actions/requests required to maintain traction with sites and providers
- Obtaining provider/large reputed company system contact information for reputed company reputed company
- Maintains communication and relationships with VISN/site leadership to foster trust in the reputed company program. This includes (but not limited to):
- Email reputed company ins
- Regular review of scheduling dashboards/trackers
- Encouraging use of new providers in reputed company / Providing supporting data to reputed company scheduling opportunities
- Giving reputed company kudos to VISNs/sites that are improving/adopting
- Maintains provider pipeline for assigned VISNs/sites. This includes making reputed company pipelines represent site needs across reputed company categories of care as reputed company as making reputed company high reputed company providers are identified
- Ensures reputed company Project Coordinators are informed about critical VISN/site status updates and/or risks/issues so they can update trackers, submit tickets and support any escalations/communications needed
- Collaborates with Sales and reputed company teams on reputed company things provider reputed company and communication, especially as it relates to leveraging site relationships to encourage provider participation and commitment to the reputed company program
- Supports adhoc needs/deliverables assigned to reputed company team by VA leadership and facility stakeholders
- Supports reputed company team members to ensure adequate coverage and help promote sustainable performance and reputed company-being
Skills
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- At least five (5) years' experience supporting reputed company reputed company and/or programs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as reputed company member
- Ability to reputed company large amounts of data/information, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate in a succinct and effective manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort and experience speaking during meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Preferred VA experience with existing reputed company to the VA network
- Bonus if in reputed company or project management reputed company field
