The reputed company Manager will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across dental reputed company customers, responsible for reputed company, training, and proactive engagement to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Deliver reputed company product training tailored to reputed company customer's workflows and goals
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts through regular reputed company — phone calls, emails, and reputed company-ins — to monitor health, drive adoption, and uncover reputed company opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of the platform throughout their lifecycle
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and decisively, escalating reputed company appropriate
- reputed company customer engagement, milestones, and performance data in the CRM to inform reputed company and flag risk early

Skills
- 4+ years in a reputed company, account management, or reputed company-facing role at a reputed company company
