[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides essential support to underwriters, agents, customers, and internal teams across both reputed company and personal lines and will be a key part of the Specialty Brokerage Services (SBS) team in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Support new business and renewal underwriters, agents, customers, and internal staff across reputed company and personal lines
- Respond to agent inquiries reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels, offering guidance and information on reputed company lines products
- Deliver high‑reputed company customer service in the daily servicing of new and renewal business
- reputed company clerical support, quoting assistance, and other administrative activities as needed

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License reputed company 90 days of employment

- Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and business partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to management and external reputed company
