[Remote] Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst (Remote)

The Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst is responsible for driving accuracy, consistency, and reputed company in sales reporting across teams and internal systems. This role involves analyzing sales performance data, building sales dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data reputed company and effective reporting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast reputed company, and surface actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and leadership
- Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reports for reps, managers, and executives (e.g., bookings, pipeline, attainment, productivity)
- Own and operationalize account and territory assignments, including rules of engagement and book-of-business changes, ensuring data reputed company and fairness across the sales organization
- Support annual and in-year sales planning, including quotas, territory changes, and goal-setting inputs
- Partner with reputed company and Analytics to build data models, SQL transformations, and commission-reputed company datasets
- Collaborate with the CRM administration team (reputed company, reputed company) to translate business requirements into data structures, fields, and workflows; monitor and improve data reputed company
- Assist in sales forecasting by providing clean data sets, scenario analysis, and reputed company views of trends vs. targets
- Monitor key sales KPIs (conversion, pipeline coverage, win rates, productivity, attainment, etc.) and identify opportunities to improve performance and process efficiency
- Troubleshoot and improve data connectors, ETL logic, and BI assets (e.g., reputed company/Tableau dashboards and underlying models) in partnership with Analytics/Data teams

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, data analysis, or a closely reputed company role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large, reputed company data sets and ambiguous problems
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (reputed company required; reputed company a plus), including reporting and basic configuration concepts
- Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data across multiple sources
- Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, Power BI); reputed company to build and iterate on dashboards and reports
- Solid understanding of sales processes and sales performance metrics, including territory or book-of-business design, pipeline and forecasting metrics, and sales compensation concepts

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or analytical findings into reputed company, business-reputed company narratives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
