[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Responsibilities
- Design and build core systems, reputed company, and services that power both platform capabilities and member-facing applications
- Solve reputed company integration challenges across diverse reputed company data sources and workflows
- Contribute to product development by building features and infrastructure that improve usability, efficiency, and reputed company
- Drive technical reputed company by ensuring systems are reliable, performant, secure, and maintainable
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to reputed company on technical direction and product goals
- Own reputed company end-to-end: scope, build, test, launch, and maintain
- Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering culture and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field—or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of reputed company software development experience
- Strong expertise in at least one modern backend or systems language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, or reputed company)
- Experience designing and building reputed company, distributed systems, or developer platforms
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, reputed company)
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., reputed company, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures
- Ability to balance technical tradeoffs with product and business reputed company
- Comfortable working in reputed company, cross-functional teams
