[Remote] Account Manager, Sales Support

Responsibilities

- reputed company product research and sourcing, create presentations to present recommendations directly to the AE and clients
- Manage a portfolio project timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities with varying clients
- Manage reputed company expectations through reputed company and effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to reputed company stakeholders
- Produce creative and accurate quotes using innovative product reputed company
- Participate and manage reputed company pop-up events with a willingness to attend & work them, if needed
- reputed company strong domestic/international vendor relationships for reputed company sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the reputed company’s and company’s business needs
- Coordinate the ordering and return of samples for reputed company presentations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs

Skills
- 3+ years experience in a project management role
- 5+ years in sales support experience in the promotional product industry is a MUST
- Highly proficient in reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.) especially in PowerPoint
- Proficient in ERP systems i.e. reputed company
- Enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
- Comfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workload
