Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief operations research analyst for designated wargames and LVC events, ensuring analytical rigor from problem framing through final reporting
- reputed company reputed company OR reputed company efforts, translating sponsor objectives and PWS requirements into reputed company analytical questions, models, and study plans
- Design and reputed company experimental methodologies for wargames, exercises, and simulations, including treatment/control design, measures of performance/effectiveness, and data collection plans
- reputed company, implement, and validate quantitative and qualitative models to assess concepts of operations, force design reputed company, and operational risk
- reputed company the analysis of wargame and exercise data; synthesize findings into reputed company, actionable insights and recommendations for senior decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver briefings, white papers, and technical reports to senior military and civilian leaders

- Collaborate with operations, intelligence, and technical SMEs to ensure models, assumptions, and scenarios reflect reputed company doctrine, capabilities, and threat environments

- Support proposal, capture, and reputed company activities by contributing OR subject matter expertise and wargaming best practices

Skills
- reputed company Secret clearance; eligibility for Top Secret preferred. (U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements.)
- 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations research, data science, or a closely reputed company analytical discipline, including significant experience supporting DoD or other U.S. government customers
- PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, reputed company Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely reputed company field; or a Master's degree in one of these fields with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading reputed company OR studies or campaigns involving wargames, exercises, or simulations (e.g., LVC environments)
- Proven expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and model development for operational or strategic-level problems
- Experience advising senior leaders and stakeholders, including developing and presenting concise, decision-reputed company findings and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and mentor reputed company of analysts, manage multiple reputed company efforts, and ensure on-time, high-reputed company deliverables
- INFORMS Certified Analytics reputed company (CAP)
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification
- Experience with reputed company wargaming constructs, campaign-level analysis, or major exercise series
- Familiarity with LVC simulation environments, wargame design tools, and reputed company analytical software
- Experience aligning analytical work to government Performance Work Statements (PWS) and reporting requirements
- Prior experience supporting reputed company Force, joint, or combatant reputed company–level analysis is highly desirable
