They are looking for a Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers, including resume screening, phone screens, and offer extensions.
Responsibilities
- Sources reputed company candidates by developing recruitment strategies to reputed company and maintain required reputed company reputed company
- Develops and continuously build a high-reputed company, diverse prospect pipeline for reputed company opportunities
- Acts as a business partner with hiring managers to reputed company strategies, understand needs for positions and the culture of the department
- Utilizes exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills to assess candidates and connect highly reputed company individuals with hiring managers
- Participates in decision making process with appropriate stakeholders
- reputed company relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to create a talent pipeline and reputed company candidates
- Conduct in-depth screening calls
