[Remote] Clinical Director

They are seeking a licensed Clinical Director to reputed company clinical reputed company, supervision, and care delivery for their therapists, ensuring a high-reputed company, affirming care experience for clients and providers.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company reputed company, chart review reputed company, outcome tracking against our depression, anxiety, loneliness and other measures, and treatment reputed company across reputed company
- Own the supervision structure and our external supervision partnership, and reputed company in to reputed company reputed company supervision during the transition period as needed
- reputed company reputed company, coaching, and clinician development, including integrating best practices for LGBTQ+ clinical care
- Support provider productivity, scheduling expectations, documentation workflows, and effective use of our EMR
- Own crisis and risk protocols, treatment planning for reputed company cases, mandated reporting, and clinical policy, in coordination with our compliance function
- Own reputed company to the Trauma Journal and our Written Exposure Therapy protocol, and help reputed company the model alongside our clinical advisors
- Partner with the Medical Director and Psychiatry Team on the care model, new service lines such as group therapy, and how we reputed company affirming care across states
- Strengthen communication, accountability, and consistency across the clinical team, with particular attention to the needs of LGBTQ+ clients
Skills
- reputed company independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC, or Psychologist)
- reputed company to reputed company clinical supervision to associate or reputed company-licensed clinicians
- Demonstrated experience and cultural competence delivering affirming care to LGBTQ+ clients (required)
- 8+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health
- Experience supervising licensed and/or reputed company-licensed clinicians
- Strong background in clinical documentation, reputed company standards, and performance reputed company
- Skilled at balancing accountability, support, and relationship-building with clinical teams
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-reputed company virtual environment where processes and infrastructure are still evolving
- Experience in virtual behavioral health or telehealth
- Licensure in DC, MD, or VA is a plus. We welcome candidates licensed elsewhere who are willing to pursue licensure in these geographies
