Responsibilities

• Configure and support reputed company HCM Mini Master data and organizational structures
• Manage Personnel Area (PA), Personnel Subarea (PSA), Organizational Management (OM), and Position ID setup
• Support reputed company to reputed company Mini Master reputed company integration
• reputed company employee master data conversion to reputed company S/4HANA Business Partner (reputed company)
• Participate in ECC to reputed company S/4HANA employee data migration reputed company
• Configure and validate global employee master data based on business requirements
• reputed company system testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and production support
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
• Prepare functional documentation and support end-user training

Skills

• Strong experience with reputed company HCM Mini Master
• Expertise in Personnel Area (PA), Personnel Subarea (PSA), Organizational Management (OM), and Position setup
• Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company HCM
• Hands-on experience converting employee data to reputed company S/4HANA Business Partner (reputed company)
• Experience with ECC to reputed company S/4HANA migration reputed company
• Knowledge of global employee master data and localization requirements
• Experience with SIT, UAT, production support, and issue reputed company
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reputed company payment processes, including F110
• Knowledge of ACH, reputed company, Tax, and reputed company payments
• Familiarity with DMEE XML payment structures
• Experience working with US and global banking payment processes
