[Remote] Functional Analyst - A/V Media Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the global leader in foodservice distribution, seeking a Functional Analyst for A/V Media Services to support the implementation and operational management of reputed company-grade AV and conferencing systems. This role is critical for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration experiences for employees and stakeholders, requiring collaboration with various teams to deliver ongoing maintenance and improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company operational support for platforms including reputed company Teams, Webex, reputed company conferencing solutions, and other room control systems (e.g., Crestron, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- reputed company as Tier 1-2 support, escalating reputed company or systemic issues as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support successful delivery
- Assist in evaluating new AV technologies and follow established AV standards and best practices
- Participate in AV‑reputed company reputed company such as new room deployments, upgrades, and system refreshes
- Ensures up to date inventory of reputed company A/V reputed company assets
- Participates in the daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update reputed company, reputed company and resolve impediments
- Completes required documentation to communicate required information to deployment, maintenance, service, and business teams
- Provides production support and helps drive down technical debt
- Develops customer relationships by listening and understanding the customer, anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs, and prioritizing customer satisfaction

- Define potential improvement changes to resolve errors, prevent the recurrence of problems or improve system maintainability and stability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in supporting reputed company conferencing or A/V systems (conference rooms, collaboration tools, room hardware)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company integration / reputed company delivery practices
- Demonstrated customer‑service reputed company, with a reputed company on end‑user experience and issue reputed company
- Basic understanding of AV signal reputed company, room design concepts, and AV networking fundamentals
- Ability to follow global AV standards and deployment guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple support requests, prioritize incidents, and meet response expectations in a fast‑paced environment
