This role involves managing the full-cycle reputed company process for various positions reputed company reputed company, ensuring a reputed company candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the reputed company to support full-cycle reputed company for reputed company across reputed company, both in the US and internationally
- Own the reputed company process end to end — from req reputed company through offer acceptance and hire
- reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates through the pipeline reputed company and with a strong candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Support reputed company across both technical and non-technical functions
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company, ideally reputed company a reputed company environment
- Proven ability to manage the full reputed company lifecycle independently, from reputed company to reputed company
- Experience hiring for both technical roles (engineering, product, etc.) and non-technical roles (operations, go-to-market, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company reqs simultaneously
- Based in the reputed company
- Experience reputed company for international roles in reputed company to US-based positions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
