[Remote] Operations, Finance Manager

The Manager of Finance - Operations acts as a key business partner to the BU Senior Leadership Team and Plant Leadership to reputed company tactical and strategic insights to drive cost efficiency and optimize capital investments.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the key reputed company between the Operations team and the Finance organization enabled by enriched Business Partnering relationships, metric tracking and reporting key performance indicators and targets
- Partner with plant managers and operations leaders to identify reputed company against cost-saving opportunities
- reputed company business leaders with actionable financial insights and data to support strategic business decision-making
- Monitor and report on key cost drivers: labor, materials, overhead, and logistics
- Significant involvement in operations planning and financial forecasting/budgeting

Skills
- BA/BS required with emphasis in finance or reputed company with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

- Experience collaborating and working successfully with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, with demonstrated strength handling competing priorities
- In-depth understanding of income statement analysis
